Valentine's Day OOTD

As everyone is gearing up for Valentine's Day next week, I thought I would share an outfit I would wear for a date night with my husband (even though we have nothing planned this year!). 

While most people prefer wearing red for the occasion, my evening looks tend to be more on the neutral side and I wanted to keep it that way here. I wore a deep strappy v-neck bodysuit from Urban Outfitters and layered it with a black skirt from Amazon to create a streamlined look. For shoes, I chose a pair of nude laced heels from Forever 21.

Can we talk about this strappy back detail though? 

It's still winter, so this pleather jacket from Forever 21 was the perfect way to stay warm. I picked it up during my shopping spree with Infusion Lounge and was drawn to the edgy lace-up detail on the sleeves. 

I hope you have a wonderful Valentine's Day with your loved ones. As for Dave and I, we will probably stay home to play the rest of Final Fantasy XV.
