Nude Bodysuit & Leather Jacket

I've been on a bodysuit kick lately (see my previous blog post). I just love the tucked-in shirt look and the streamlined silhouette. 

Today, I'm sharing with you an outfit I put together with another Forever 21 bodysuit. This one features a low draped cowl neckline, so I paired it with a black bralette to showcase a hint of lace. I toughened it up with my pleather jacket from Express that I purchased a few years back. A good pleather/leather jacket is one piece I always recommend for everyone's wardrobe collection. ​It's the one piece that will elevate your casual #ootd with minimal effort.

My chain bag from Aldo was the perfect accessory to complete the edgy look. It's great how you can wear this back three ways. Above, I held it as a clutch and in the photo below, I double chained the straps so it could work as a shoulder bag. You can also wear it crossbody if you like. I just chose not to here because it hangs a bit too low on the side for me. Yay for being petite! ​
